I did not want this as I barely use my phone, is their any way to reverse it?

Hi,

If the credit has been taken to pay for a big value bundle then there is little chance of reversing this. 

You can try speaking with live chat or customer service on 191. 

If not then you can opt out of the Big Value bundle and perhaps opt for the freebie next time.
