Double number transfer

I would like to transfer my current number to GiffGaff and then replace the number on my Vodafone sim with one from Virgin Mobile. I know how to transfer numbers but is there a way of doing this without deactivating/losing credit from my Vodafone sim?

Hi

Once your number is PAC/ ported from Vodafone to GiffGaff your Vodafone SIM card and account is de activated. Use your credit before starting the porting process. 

To transfer your number from Virgin Mobile you'll need a PAC code from them and give it to Vodafone and ask a Vodafone shop for a new SIM card. Customer service will look after you.

You won't be able to swap your Vodafone number with a Virgin number.  As soon as you use the PAC code to transfer your Vodafone number to an alternative provider, the number will no longer be on Vodafone.

You will need a new Vodafone PAYG number and ask Virgin for a PAC code to move the number to Vodafone.

Before using the PAC code to move the number to GiffGaff, you will need to use any remaining credit.
