Smart Ultra 6 Marshmallow Update issue....

Since updating to marshmallow I'm unable to transfer files via USB from Windows 7....all the drivers seem to be installed and I can see and access the internal and SD card, and I am able to remove files from both places to my pc but not vice versa...

If all Settings / drivers etc look to be ok and a soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On does not help then as a last resort creating a Back up , removing any Sd Card if applicable and then Factory Reset may help which removes any left over redundant files from the phone.

If you aren't able to solve this, try a 3rd party file manager such as File Manager (CS) or ES File Manager.   These can connect via wifi to a shared folder on your PC.   There's a bit of setting-up do to, but it's a very satisfactory method.
