We replaced an old SS which died, with a new SS V3 in July 2016. All seemed to be ok to start with but for the last few weeks most of the phones registered to it are not connecting. Yesterday I tried with 2 phones, 1 was fine with full 5 bars, the other varied between 1 bar or no signal. Someone at Vodafone support suggested that because we do get an erratic mobile signal, that the phones are preferentially connecting to that rather than the SS. I don't believe this because we have 2 other SS (V3s) on site which all registered phones connect to without any problem - the mobile signal is much the same all over the site. We will try again with phoning Vodafone support, but I would appreciate any comments here please.

Have the phones struggling to connect had new SIM cards since the Sure Signal was installed?
If so, remove the numbers from the Sure Signal, reset it, add the numbers back on and restart the phones whilst in range.
If one phone connects, it shows the Sure Signal is working and may be down to the internet speeds.
Contact your ISP and see if they can increase them.

Hi
No, nothing has changed with the phones. I fear you are right about the internet speeds, but there is nothing we can do about that unless we get fibre installed nearer to us (not likely to happen).
The problem is not in my office, so I'm not sure how things are at the moment but I will enquire if there has been any change now that the kids are back at school.

In my experience different phones can be better at latching to signal than others.
Try going into the phones settings and turn off any 4G toggle. I've read that this can help.
