I have received a email with my details pretending to be from a credit agency.
I cannot aceess my account u keep sending a pin to a unkniown number.
U opened up a direct debit without my permission
-Told on phone it was just for a credit check and bingo u set up a dd!
When I need a new smaller sim u told me it was free and would arrive via currier.
-U put it in the post & charged me £2.50.

@Paul42 I'm sorry to hear a resolution wasn't reached. Can you please confirm you got in touch with us via email?
If you'd prefer to continue communications via email, our team will be happy to arrange this. We can see what other options and further help is available if you'd like to email us again?

If the team said they can't talk to you, it sounds as though you weren't able to answer the security questions. Even if someone else has changed your info, there should be enough history to be able to go back before that. I feel your pain, though. DVLA once told me I'd got my own DOB wrong!
