Spent £100 on a VSS and still no network!

Can someone please get my sure signal to work? Im on Sky Fibre and this box just sits there for hours and hours doing nothing. Im not best pleased that I have had to pay for this due to no reception at home and it doesnt even do anything?

I have followed the troubleshooting (which doesnt show my light sequence). Power light ON, internet light slowly flashing white.

At last its working. Only took a day and a half to sort itself out with 3 resets. Hope it doesn't take this long every time its plugged in.
