Sure SIgnal No Worky!

Hi

I have had some problems with my Sure Signal recently. This Sure Signal has been registered and working since 2009. (Back when it was a ######)

I read on here that there was a patch for the VSS1 and contacted the live chat to get it updated as it had been a bit temperamental recently. On 25th October I was advised wait 6 hours and then reset the Sure Signal. This left the Sure Signal useless and has been this way since. Several live chats later and several more resets of Sure Signal, hard resets and manual roams on the phone and we are still without 3G.

I was told that my sims for both phones hadn't updated since Sept'13 despite working fine away from home for calls, texts and data usage. So, when two new sims arrived they were activated and they both work now but not with the Sure Signal.

I have called today to be advised that my Sure Signal has been updated by the 'Tech team' and to wait 24 hours then restart my phones. If no change, I reset the sure signal and wait a further 6 hours and restart the phones again.

Fogive me for doubting what i am told but this is getting to be a very lengthy process.

Is what I am being told correct or am I being fobbed off?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
