Hi,
I have recenlty joined Vodafone, and took their option for Spotify Premium for 12 months.
I went through the process of signing up for Spotify Premuim, but when I sign in to Spotify it still says I have the free account.
If I try to go through the process of registering for the free Spotify Premium again, I get a page showig "Manage my subscriptions" where it says I have Spotify Premium activated.
Why is this not showing up on my Spotify App account? I have logged out and re-installed the app, but it has made no differece.

Just for completeness, I had contact from a customer service agent who talked to their echnical team who cancelled my current set-up for Spotify and opted in the correct Spotify pack. I then had to log in again.
This still did not fix the issue.
After sending them this info, I then got another message telling me to uninstall the App and click on the link they gave me to register again and down load the app.
This time, it worked. it's only taken two months to get this working.
