Still no 5.1.1 on note 4

Hello,

Just wondering why I have not received the 5.1.1 android update on my note 4 yet?

My handset is still on 5.0.1 which doesn’t work with BBC Iplayer on the note 4.

Is anybody else still on 5.0.1?

Whilst I am very sorry for the OP's situation,  I am pleased that they have posted as it does serve to highlight what we keep saying on here about dealers supplying grey market handsets.

Unfortunately, it has only come to light when it is too late for the OP to cancel the contract and return the device (assuming the deal even allows that)

These dealers don't usually offer any kind of cooling off period unlike Vodafone with its 14 days. Another reason to deal direct.
