Struggling with sure signal 2

Hello,we have recently bought a 2nd hand sure signal box. it had been de-registerd by the old owners and re-registered to us. everything to do with setting up the box has woked,the correct power light is on.Th only problem is neither my phone or my wifes phone,both on vodaphone contract are getting a signal from it. We have both followed all the troubleshooting tips including switching our phones off,removing battery and sim etc but to no avail. We phoned vodaphone and they said chances are our box needs re-sycned so could you please help us thank you!!

Hi massey625,

 

I can see that the Sure Signal connected in the early hours of this morning.

 

I've resynched the Sure Signal, please let me know if you're still having issues.

 

You could also try a longer Ethernet cable and move it away from arms reach. :smileywink:
