Hi,
My Sure Signal (v1) has just suddenly stopped working after a few years of working perfectly fine. Lights 1,2 and 4 are on. The 3rd light (next to the phone signal) isn't. All the phones registered to the device are not getting any signal from it so it's definitely a device and not a phone issue. Nothing has changed here (same broadband provider as before etc). There's no broadband issues (speed is extremely high - BT infinity 2, all working fine). I've done a full reset - no joy.
My device serial number is 21224053278.
We have literally zero signal here without the device so I'm desperate for some help, please!

Please can you do a factory reset for me so that your Sure Signal updates on to the latest software?
I can see your Sure Signal made contact with the network at 02:23am today.
Please can you confirm if it’s back up and running?
