Sure SIgnal 3 lights on but no one home

Sure Signal 3 stopped working about a week ago.  Did have solid Red and 2 solid White LEDs but no Vodafone mobile in the house was getting a signal.  After unplugging SS to get serial number it's now flashing Red power and LED on right is solid amber.
