Hi,

I have the SS V3 and it stopped working at the weekend, we now have the following lights

SSv3ErrorLights.jpg

I have tried checking your troubleshooting guide but all of the links on the images fail, so think you have an issue with your guide.

Thanks

Andrew

@abeehoo – Update:

In order for the Sure Signal to work, you need to have a UK registered IP address which yours isn’t.

You’ll need to contact your ISP to discuss this further.

@abeehoo - Your IP address isn’t on the whitelist, so I’ve requested for it to be added.

This may take up to 48 hours.

Hi Jenny thanks for the update, I am waiting for my ISP to resolve this.  Apparently this is a common problem people are having with SeeTheLight as it also impacts connection to some websites and services like SkyGo.  I will provide a new UK IP once I have one.

Thanks

Andrew

Hi Jenny,

My ISP has now resolved this, apparently they have a new range of IP's which in some cases are still showing as non UK. I am now on one of their other ranges and the Sure SIgnal is now working again.

Thanks

Andrew

@abeehoo

That’s great news. Thanks for letting us know. :Smiling:

My suresignal has also stopped working this weekend, with the 2 amber lights as described earlier in this thread.
