Hi - I have a Sure Signal v2 & v3 and the v3 has stopped working. It has always been a bit iffy needing daily power-cycles to work but for the past week it doesn't seem to come back online after a power-reset or pressing the reset-button for 30 seconds. My v2 unit stopped working at the same time but a power-cycle cured that and it has been working fine every since .... v2 units seem to be a lot more stable I should have got a second-hand one off ebay
All I get is the red power light on solidy. No other lights flash or show anything

Can you please take a look and see if you can do anything. The v2 unit works fine and they share the same broadband connection so I think the bandwidth should be ok.
Thanks

Hi dranson,
Thanks for posting your details. If two units are on the same connection it can cause bandwidth issues. However I can see you've got good speeds so it shouldn't cause a problem here.
The 40132337201 Sure Signal hasn't connected with our servers since the 19th November. I've pushed a manual synchronisation through. Can you fully reset the unit to complete the process and post back to let me know it's up and running again?
Cheers, Ben

Hi I have pressed the reset button for 30+ seconds but nothing seems to happen. The red power light just stays on steady. I've also subsequently power-cycled the unit but it still doesn't do anything. All I get is the red power light permanently on. No other lights flash or do anything.
Now sure what the next steps are now.

Hi dranson
It does sound like it may be faulty, in which case the next step would be a repair.
Thanks
