Sure Signal 1 - Not Working after moving house

Moved house recently and plugged Sure Signal into new Sky hub. All I get is three flashing lights (the top one not doing anything at all) Tried all the reset processes and the same lights still just flash. Any ideas, anyone?

Have you changed location on the Sure Signal?

It may also be worth trying a different power supply with the SureSignal (Version 1 & 2 ), as there have been some reports of replacement power supplies solving the issues.

They are available on eBay for around £10.
