Hi,
I'd really appreciate some help - I have a sure signal 3 on a business contract but cant talk to vodafone directly because its done through a third party - and frankly its impossible to do anything through the 3rd party and takes forever so hoping someone here can help me get some signal!!
I have a re-registered the device and the online account shows the device as active but all i have is a flashing internet light - Ive looked at the troubleshooting page but would appreciate someone looking at various any specific tests etc to see what the issue may be.
As per the troubleshooting the test results ar as follows
Speedtest - 16 Down - 7 Up (its fibre and am on an old wifi adapter so prob more in reality)
Pingtest - ping 25ms, packet loss 0%, jitter 1ms - Grade A
IP - 46.208.234.106
Serial - 40132617248
Have attached the result of a trace route too.
