HI
I've read through all the user guides etc but my vodafone sure signal 3 isnt working still. At the moment power light is on, internet light is white and Wifi light is white, but i have no signal. I have also tested it to see whether my phone is connected and the phone light does not light up when ringing people.
- It worked on the first few days but now consistently doesnt work
- I've reset it underneath, and of course, switched it back off and on again
- i've also deregistered, re registered device
- I've tried resetting internet, no luck
Please can someone tell me what I can try to make this work consistently?

VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
