Hi,
I've had a sure signal just suddenly stop working after it had be working since purchase a while back with no problems.
The power light is flashing red and the in use light is solid orange and the other two are just blank.
I've looked at few threads however I feel with sure signal there seems to be many different answers to what seems the same problem.

Please take a look at our Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread. If this doesn’t resolve your query, please post your reply either below, or in the relevant thread, together with the details requested, including the following information.
Your speed test results.
Your ping test results.
Your external IP address.
The results of a traceroute.
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Your Sure Signal hasn't updated to our servers since 19 January.
Please deregister it for 24 hours and then re-register.
