hi there, i had problems with my ss3 previously, i took it into store and it was replaced today. i registered it and it should be ready to go. this is not the case.

Everything is fine with your traceroute. 

 

There was a location change which had failed and may have caused this issue, I've updated this for you now. 

 

Please do a reset and let us know how you get on.
