When on mobile suresignal working, if land line rings and is answered mobile phone cuts out, and sure signal goes to orange symbol & then resets once land line switches off.
I have opened all the necessary ports. I have bound MAC address to sure signal. Have done all the reset procedures.Nothing seems to work...its driving me crazy!!!!....it had been working fine next door.
I am with BT...they say all is fine....(as they would,I know!) 5.7download speed 0.64 upload speed.
Draytek Vigor 2820n modem router....Please help...spoke to your support, who seemed mystified to the problem, but reading on this forum, there seems to be a lot of similar issues???...Thanks for anything!!...I need it as Vodafone coverage for phones in this area are rubbish.

Hi Andy,
Thanks for posting your details. You results check out OK and i can see your Sure Signal contacted our servers this morning at 1:52AM.
If you're still not seeing any service, it'll be something on BT's end preventing connections. This would be why it worked OK next door. Are you a BT Infinity customer at all?
Thanks,
Ben

As explained earlier its a Dratek Vigor unit, and checking with BT they say everything fine there end.
As I said it drops out then restarts straight away, next door was BT where we were, and this is BT also.

Why would the Sure signal contact you at 1.52am???....thats in the middle of the night??

Its tricky repositioning, due to the lead that has to reach the Draytek, the modem is near the input filter where line comes in.
Another funny one today, I rang someone on mobile & it dropped out immediately. It then reconnected straight away & I tried mobile again & it worked ok!!
I have used telnet to raise MPU to 1500 yesterday. Is there anything else this end that needs doing?
Regards Andy
