Hi there,
After 8 months of near perfect service, my SS3 has suddenly stopped sending a signal to my phone (same one I've always used). Two lights solid as always
Serial number 442152149185
I've tried resetting it, removing/adding phone number etc. Makes no difference at all.
Can you help? Desperately need this to work again for work.

Hi
Can you try going into the iPhones settings and turn off 4G to force it onto 3G which may help.

Your speed test results from here.
Your ping test results from here.
Your external IP address from here.
The results of a traceroute.
Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
