Sure Signal has worked for over a year but stopped a couple of days ago.
Red light flashes and right hand light is on full time.

The light sequence you've provided means that there's a connectivity issue between the router and the Sure Signal.
If possible, please try connecting your Sure Signal in another location, such as a friend or family member's house. You’ll need to leave it connected for at least 24 hours.
It may also be worth trying a different Ethernet cable.
