I have got a new sure signal that I cannot register . Vodaphone tell me that they do not have the serial number register on their system yet , this is over two weeks now and Vodaphone do not seem to care about solving the problem, any thoughts on this. Thanks Netherhall

Was it purchased as brand new or from a previous owner ?
If from a previous owner then they have to successfully de register from the Sure Signsl before a new owner can register it as theirs. Link > How-do-I-change-the-owner-of-a-Sure-Signal.
