Hi my sure signal 3 has stopped working.
It worked fine until Tuesday
Front 1st and 4th lights show as amber.
Modem Green is solid and yellow flashes.
Traceroute not recognised - (this would seem to be fundamental!)

Tried all the usual reset etc. but nothing seems to connect to the phone signal and so my mobile will not work.

Thanks for getting in touch with us.
The light sequence you've provided usually means that there is a connectivity issue.
For this, we'd advise you contact your Internet Service Provided and check if they're currently having any service issues.

I am having the same problem and have got no where my internet provider.
went and bought a new sure signal device today and still getting the same errors. There is obviously a problem some where and it seems to be Vodafone
