Sure Signal Box Suspended

Hello

I have been speaking to your helpline people and it seems that our Sure Signal box has been suspended. They have advised me to seek help from yourselves to re-activate it.

I seem to be having the same problem.

I've recently purchased a V2 sure signal as reception inside my home keeps dropping whilst on a call.

Tried to set the device up within My Vodafone but it's listed as suspended...help!

Hi Srea064,

We no longer sell the V2 Sure Signal. If you purchased this second hand, you'll need to contact the original owner and ask them to de-register it with Vodafone.

I believe he already has Ben. I've managed to register the unit against My Vodafone but it says suspended against it.

Any ideas?
