Sure Signal De Registering After Leaving The Network

Hi,

 

I have left the Vodafone network and would like to pass my Sure Signal to my parents. However I can no longer login to manage my account without a Vodafone number. Could you help me deregister the box?

 

My old number was (Removed for security)

Serial no 21229596784
