Hi All

I am having problems with my sure signal not working. Essentially I have a flashing Power light and The In Service Light and In Use LIght are solid orange.

My Internet Speed is Fine. Its BT Infinity and the Sure Signal is being allocated a public IP in my DMZ (no firewall).

I have had 3 calles with support and apart from reboot reset and wait 2-6 or 24 hours each time I feel I am not getting anywere with a device which should be really simple.

Any help or informaiton would be appreciated.

Thanks

Phil

Hi All

After going though a 4th rest of my sure signal and waiting another 2 hours I still dont have any connectivity and I think the thing is broken now.

Essentially the power light is on solid. When I look at the bottom of the sure signal where the network cables plug in the cable connectivity light keep cycling like it is trying to negotioate the network speed, cannot and then they all go out and the cycle repeats. I have tried other network ports in my router etc and it does the same.

I have tired resetting again and rebooting etc. I Think it look like it is stuck in a startup loop.

Any thoughts on this?

Thanks

Phil
