Sure Signal Deregister

Hi I have a sure signalv2, serial number: 40121406991 Mac@: 0C4C39047BC4, can you deregister it please, i have left vodafone and gone to EE so cant access my voda account.

Hi there

You should have deregistered the SureSignal from your account prior to leaving Vodafone.  But don't worry, this is something that the eForum Team can assist with.  They will be along as soon as they can to drop you a Private Message containing details of how to get in touch.
