Ive tried all the suggestions. Set up port forwarding etc etc. Been on to the ISP who are fed up of me calling very day. What frustrates me and everyone on here is if Voda had a decent signal we wouldnt all have to mess about with this overpriced piece of kit. It should be free if you cant provide a service!

the trace route shows the following. This box did work for 24 hours after much messing about but not now.

Hi Rich,
I totally understand your frustration - I've checked and your Sure signal hasn't updated with us since April so I've forced a resynch now - can you reset your unit and let me know if it comes online?
If you're still not up and running after the reset, can you give me the following info so that we can investigate:
Your speed test results from here.
Your ping test results from here.
Your external IP address from here.
