Hi,
I seem to be having continual problems with my Sure Signal. The internet light flashes slowly and won’t provide a 3G Signal.
To resolve, I would reset the Sure Signal and it would then work as expected. After about 3 days, the internet light would then flash slowly and I would have to reset everything again.
However, today I’ve been continually resetting the Sure Signal, but the internet light continues to flash and no 3G signal on my phone.
Can you please investigate a) why do I have to continually reset my Sure Signal so often to make it work and b) why it is failing to work after a reset?
