Sure Signal Not Connecting

Hi

My V3 suresignal is not connecting through a TPLink router (uPnP is enabled on the router).  On start up it has a flashing red light with a flashing 1st light.  This changes to a flashing red light with solid orange 1st light.  Then changes to a solid red flashing light and lights 2 and 3 are solid. 

 

The suresignal does connect and works fine with a BT hub 5.  It was reregistered last week, but I am trying to get it to connect using the new TP Link router as the BT router keeps dropping connection.

I have opened the ports 53, 8, 50, 123, 500, 4500, 1723, 67, 68, 33434-33445.

Issue resolved.

Port forwarding removed

Full-Cone NAT enabled

DMZ enabled with IP address of SS3

Note MTU set at 1480 on both TPLink and BT Hub and SS3 works on both routers.
