Hi,
Please can you help. My Suresignal was previously providing a good signal but is now not working.
It is a VSS V3 and has a flashing red light and a solid orange light.

Thanks providing your Traceroute, it looks OK to me :).
Your Sure Signal last connected to our servers on the 19th of this month so I have given it a re sync, this will hopefully bring it back to life :).
Can you factory reset to complete the process?
