Sure Signal Not Working :(

Hello All

Had a Suresignal since 2001, worked OK. I've upgraded my phone from a Galaxy Note 3 to Galaxy Note 4, same number, contract etc.

Its refusing to register on the Suresignal though. If you do a network search on the phone it comes up but won't register on it. This is a bit of a disaster, the nearest real Vodafone signal is miles away.

The Suresignal is the while Homecell v2-v. Power light is on, first light (the bars) is on, steady. Second light off. In my Vodafone account, it says it is active.

The phone number is registered in my Suresignal account, as it's the same number as my old phone which worked fine.

My External IP is 87.224.72.55

Broadband speed is not brilliant but fine for Suresignal as it's worked fine since 2011.

Here is my Tracert:

Try removing your number from it and then re register your number and reboot your phone.

This sometimes works.

Thanks for your help.

I cant remove the number as it's the main number

I'm sure you've probably tried some of these troubleshooting tips but here is a help and support link from Vodafone.

I've just tried de-registering the SS, then re-registered it again.

Now both lights are flashing, and nothing is working.

No idea what to do with it...

Maybe try unplugging it and place it in another place.

Hopefully one of the Vodafone Tech Team will see your post and be able to help further.

@myulz You'll need to deregister your Vodafone Sure Signal and then re register it through your My Vodafone account.

Once you've done this the Sure Signal will regain connection.
