Sure Signal woes. Now support asking me to open ports!

HiOur SS (21221966969) stopped working 2 weeks ago for some unknown reason and nothing has changed on our network to cause this. I've been on to Tech Support 5 times and been through all the diagnostics such as re-booting, updating firmware etc. etc....
