Hi there,
I have just been given a BB Curve for work and see that I do not get any meaningful coverage at home - though the coverage checker shows I should get outdoor coverage. I'm hoping that if I get a Sure Signal I can get coverage indoors.
What do i need to do to get one - and how much does it cost? It'll probably be piad for by my company - I hope!
Gareth

Hi Gareth,
If your work account is large enough, they will have their own supply routes for getting kit from Vodafone so they are invoiced directly and any price breaks can be applied.
Your IT/Telecomms team should be able to let you know if this is the case.
If not then they are £100 inc VAT and can be found here http://shop.vodafone.co.uk/shop/mobile-accessories/sure-signal to buy online.
Assuming your broadband connection is fairly robust, they generally work out of the box, but some ISP's and the routers they supply have trouble letting the traffic through without a little tweaking.
