Sure Signal Problem

Hi

 

I hope you can help me because I am at my wits end with the SureSignal

 

I purchased this in August and from day 1 had constant problems with the device working for a few mins/hours then going down for a few hours then coming back up.  I would get a variety of different light variations.

 

Despite numerous phone calls to the Vodafone helpdesk it was not fixed and I just accepted that sometimes it would work and others it wouldn't

 

However for all of today it has simply has the red power light on constantly.  Not flashing

 

I really need to get this working.  Can you help me please ?

Thanks James there is nothing else connected. It has not worked properly since I bought it in August however the key problem at the moment is that it stopped working permanently on December 11. It had a solid red light and nothing else. To reiterate there has been no service at all since then. Can you please comment on that please - does it need a resynch from your end ?

Hi alanfox, 

 

We can certainly try a resync, you'll need to do a reset to complete this process;

 

-Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports.

-Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds.

-Once the lights come back on, release the button.

 

If this doesn't work can you try a different Ethernet cable and port to see if this makes a difference?
