Hi,
When a sim swap has been processed then its suggested to de register the number for a period of 24 hours.
Then re register it.
Current Phone >
Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra 512gb Phantom Black.

I'm the Sure Signal owner, so I think I can't de-register my number. Do you mean de-register the Sure Signal?

@Mupps Apologies.
You'll need to de-register the Vodafone Sure Signal, as opposed to your individual number.
Please then wait 24 hours before registering your device again.

Is this something that's stated in Sure Signal manual? I don't recall reding it anywhere.
