Sure Signal Stopped Working

Hi.  Since January our Sure Signal has refused to work.

The red light is on permanently but no other lights are on. All 3 come on when first powered up, stay on for about 10 minutes then the 2 white lights go out. We have a V2 Sure Signal and our service provider is BT (we are not on Infinity). We changed out Home Hub in October to a V4. I have also tested it with the old BT Home Hub, but it doesn't work with that either. 

I have looked at other posts, but am not that technical so find them a bit frightening!

Would appreciate any help. We have 3 Vodafone devices that make use of the Sure Signal and it is going to be a real pain if we all have to change network in order to get a mobile signal at the house.
