Hi sure signal recently stopped working, i get the flashing red power light and two solid orange lights.
Can anyone help??

@SteCox - Your speeds, traceroute and IP address all look fine.
That light sequence usually means there’s a location issue, so I’ve reset this for you today and performed a resync – please leave everything connected for the next six hours to make sure this all updates.

@SteCox - It’s showing your Sure Signal made contact with the network at 1.44am today.
If it’s still not working, please reset the device.
Once you’ve done this if it’s still not working, please let us know what light sequence you’re now seeing.
