4 users of the Sure Signal in the house, all working ok for several years except for a brief power cord issue and then all of a sudden a couple of weeks ago 2 users suddenly can't get a signal, and when checking the Manage Users section in My Account they are no longer even listed!
I've added them again as new users but I'm still waiting for them to get a signal - any thoughts or advice welcome please.

The results of a traceroute.
Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
