Sure Signal V1 not connecting, please help!

Hi,

 

My SSV1 has stop working, i have had a vodafone tech guy on the phone instructing me to test the unit without success, he suggests i try asking here so...

 

i have just renewed 2 contracts and then the sure signal goes down, I haven't been able to buy a new one from any of your stores near by so I am in a bit of a trouble, if I can't get it to work then I will have to cancel the 2 contracts within the 14 days cooling period really...

If you are on Plusnet you are probably affected by a general fault they are trying to fix.

ah, man, yes, plusnet user.... damn!

It seems Plusnet have unintentionally changed something over the last 48 hours which has caused the problem with Suresignal but they aren't sure what so are busy going through their change history.

 

They seem to be working hard to fix the problem so hopefully won't be long.

yes, lets hope so, as vodafone has given me a very good deal on the 2 contracts, it would be a shame to give them up but then again, no signal at home = no use, even if they are very good deals!

Can someone at Vodafone please have a look at this for me please, it is still not working and the clock is ticking for the 14 days cool down period to cancel my 2 contracts....

i think i need to be realistic here, the contract was taken out last friday 12 dec, tomorrow it will be 7 days out of the 14 days cool down period, there won't be anyone working during the weekend so may be someone will reply next monday and it will take a couple of days to sort out at the very least, not to forget it will be holiday from thursday onward which cover the remaining 14 days, my chance of getting this fix is looking slim.
