Hi,
Recently moved flat and I've also changed router to the newer issue Virgin Media router. Plugged everything in as I had done before and I get the power light flashing with the 'signal' and 'phone' lights static and orange.
I've looked on my connected devices and it does have access to the internet so I'm not sure if it's anything wrong on my end.
Router: Super Hub 2
Connection Speed: 60Mbps
Device: Sure Signal 2
Please Advise!!
Matt

HI there, you could try the following
Unplug the suresignal
Log into your superhub web console, by default it is on http://192.168.0.1
Hit the Advanced settings button (standard username/password is admin/changeme or maybe changeit i can't recall which)
Go to Security -> Firewall
and enable the IPSEC and PPTP vpn passthrough options.
Save and exit
Then plug the suresignal back in and see if you get any joy.
