Sure Signal V3 Stopped working after short power failure

Hi 

 

Have had the Sure signal for a few months and worked fine. Since a short power cut to the office it will not start up and has the power flashing and the service and use lights on solid orange. Has been like it for over 24 hours so assume not still trying to authorise. (Its difficult to tell whether it has stopped or still doing something.)

Hi Steve,

 

It looks like you just need a resync on your Sure Signal, which I’ve done for you now.

 

To complete the process, the Sure Signal will need a resync as follows:

 

  •          Find the button on the base of the unit next to the Ethernet ports
  •          Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds
  •          Once the lights come back on, release the button
  •          The Sure Signal will come online in around one hour
