My SureSignal V3 has stopped connecting :
- power light constant
- internet light sometimes flashing / sometimes off
- other lights off

Your Sure Signal is running an old firmware version which we need to update for you.
Unfortunately, as the Sure Signal isn't connecting to our servers we're unable to do this. Please try a new Ethernet cable to see if this makes a difference. Please also try the reset below;
Let us know when this is complete and we'll see if it's connected to us.

Did what you suggested - ie reset - and all seems good now.
