De-register my sure signal

Hi there

I've left Vodafone last year and transferred my number to new network. I had sure signal that I can obviously no longer use - I want to give this to a friend to use but cannot de-register as I no longer have online account.

Help please?

Hi robkniaz, 

 

From your previous posts, I can see the Sure Signal needs to be deregistered by the previous owner. 

 

Once they've done this, you'll be able to register it.

It's been 48 hours from the last contact with Tech team where I gave them details of my Sure Signal and still nothing back. I'm keen to get this sorted ASAP. Any news?
