Hi Tim,
Thanks for posting your details,
I can see the unit was only registered again a couple of hours before your post. Registration can take up to six hours to complete.
The results I can make out are fine, and I can see contact was made with our servers today at 1:50am.
If you're still struggling, please let me know the speedtest results for your download and upload. I don't want to make assumptions on the data you pasted in the table above.

Hi Ben,
we have just had leased line installed and now suresignal stopped working again worked for about a week
20meg up and down so no issue with speed
ports all open
de registered and re registered suresignal still no connection. not added MD number yet until get working.
can you see if is connected your end please

We've pushed an update to your Sure Signal.
Please wait for the lights to return to normal and as soon as they do, hard reset your phone (within range of the Sure Signal) and you should be back up and running
