Hi
I am with Virgin Media and have never managed to get the VSS box working at all, I have read other posts regarding this and applied the required port farwards and enabled IPSEC etc but this is still not working for me.
Can you please check this your end to see if the Sure Signal is viewable etc:

Everything you've provided looks perfect.
Please try with a different Ethernet cable. If you're still facing issues, try this at another location such as a friend or family members.
