I have had a new unit issued to me, plus I changed my router and now it is still not working!! if you look at my account this is an ongoing issue with Vodafone for at least 4 weeks and counting. I have had a experienced computer guy out that did all port forwarding i have also done a hard reset. Lights is now power light - flashing , 2nd light - solid amber, 3rd light - not light, 4th light - solid amber.
Is there anything you can do to help, as I am visiting Vodafone this week to cancel 2 Iphone 5 phone contracts cause without sure signal they are absoutly no addition.
Serial No of new unit is 40132206158.
Very frustrated customer.

The results of a traceroute.
Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

the computer man checked all of the port forwarding, speed test etc. I have rang Vodafone this morning who was doing a re-set but yet it still has the same lights and not working.
