Please could someone assist me.
Hi After several years of faultless service my device now refuses to connect. I have reset several times and I can see various traffic to the key VPN ports so I know there is some activity. The top light is always on and the second light intermittentley goes off and come back on several minutes later. The bottom light sometimes lights up for a couple of seconds and then goes off.
! have placed the device into the DMZ.
Reset the device several times
Registered and deregistered the device online

Hi monty172,
Thanks for your post. I've checked all of details with your traceroute and IP and everything looks fine.
Your Sure Signal did connect with our network at 3:22 this morning. Is it up and running now?
If not we'll need you to try it at a different location (such as a friend or family members) to see if it connects at that point.
Thanks,
Phil

Anyone experiencing reboots / devices not connecting should look at their power supplies.
I was seeing light one, light one and two on, light one and two on and four flickerling on and off (looks like it is attemptingto establish VPN) then all of the lights off, then back on and same sequence. Please note the sequence above was happening over a period of 2 -3 hrs i.e. there were a number of attempts in between all lights going off.
I have swapped the power out with a supply from a WD external drive (same amp and volt) and it came up with in 20mins with no issues.
