Despite repeated attempts with Vodafone Tech Team and BT helpline I can't get my Sure Signal (Version 1) to connect. I have re-opened all the ports on the BT hub 3 and checked all other settings however when I ping to 212.183.133.181 I get 100% packet loss.
Can anyone help....please!!!
